Yoga classes

— Group classes

Group classes are held in community spaces and offered on a block-booking basis. Block bookings allow you to experience the benefits of a consistent practice, helping to establish helpful patterns for movement, breath, and thought. For those who find it difficult to commit to a course, pay-as-you-go (PAYG) options are available when space permits.

Classes blend ancient practices, including Haṭha Yoga, the Yoga Sutras of Patañjali, and Prānāyāma (breathing exercises), with creative applications and contemporary approaches to posture, breathwork, meditation, and relaxation. This embodied practice is designed to inspire and enrich your daily life.

— What you will need to bring

Please remember to bring your own mat! You may also find it helpful to have additional props like a cushion, blanket, bolster, or block. If you don’t have a yoga mat, please contact me in advance, and I’ll provide a clean one for you.

If you need to cancel for any reason, please get in touch as early as possible. All course and class bookings are subject to a no-refund policy.
