Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

Combine haṭha yoga with embodied practice. Expect mindful postures and sequencing, breath work, meditation and deep relaxation. A selection of daytime and evening classes are available to book.

Wednesday – 6.15pm-7.30pm

Nurture yourself well during pregnancy. Through mindful posture, calming breath work visualisation and deep relaxation learn to support the ever-changing nature of your pregnant body and mind.

Monday – 11am-12.15pm

Recharge and heal both body and mind through gentle posture, calming breath work and relaxation, designed to support postnatal recovery whilst deepening the bond with your baby.

Wednesday – 11am-12pm (£5 donation)

Yoga for all on Zoom from the comfort of your own home! Join Helen for functional posture and breath work and cultivate greater overall strength, mobility, balance & focus for every day life activities.

Hello, I’m Helen – welcome to this community! If you’re interested in yoga, you’re in the right place. I teach group classes, workshops, and retreats in Marple, Stockport, and North Wales, for adults of all ages and abilities.

I love exploring how yoga helps us feel both stronger and more grounded, as well as calmer and more free. My teaching blends Haṭha Yoga with embodied movement, weaving together breathwork, meditation, sound, gesture, and deep relaxation.

With specialist training in pregnancy, postnatal, menopause, and accessible yoga, plus a background as a competitive track and field athlete, I bring a thoughtful, science-backed, and creative approach.

Rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern science, my teaching evolves with the seasons—helping you move, breathe, and feel more at home in yourself.
